About Us

Born of entererenual spirit in 2014. Q-Tork carved an ornament for itself as a pioneer in the design and manufacturing of gear operators in India.

Head office based in Pune has started its journey from a single product, single product series and with a single customer in a rented premises at Kuruli industrial area near Chakan with a very limited staff and machineries.

 Q-Tork presently having multi products, multi product series with very good range of products in all series and multiple customers all over India and overseas too.

Company has 1800 Sq.Mtr. area for the manufacturing Products as per the Customer requirements. Company has trained service persons to carry out different operations. Q-Tork with a compound annual growth of 45%+ has one of the largest manufacturing capacity of 500+ gear operators in a day with best manufacturing facility along with very good control on allprocesses of gear operator assemblies.

The gear operators can also be installed on the valve depend upon the size of the valve it will be carried out on request.

Reasearch & Development

Q-Tork has a separate and independent R & D center which reports directly to the top management. In R & D the team does research and development of a new product to fullest.

The R & D team is involved in all activities of a new product from design to productionisation stage.

The team does

  • Inspection of parts
  • Correction in drawings ( if required )
  • Assembly of product
  • Complete testing

After complete procedure the team gives the final approval to the designed team for the release of drawing


Q-Tork is committed to being a world class organization by manufacturing gear operators to domestic and overseas. It has state of art of manufacturing facility located in Markal near Pune.

Q-Tork also adopts stringent quality system to develop and manufacturing of world class products in its plant. Critical processes like whirling, broaching, assembly and Product tastings are taken care in-house

Q-Tork also excels in producing of specialized or all types of optional material for a small and large quantity.
